I've ordered, where is my package?

  • Please give us two days to process your order! If you haven't received a tracking number, please email hi@lifebykai.com.

How long does shipping take?

  • Our manufacturer is in Canada and each order is manufactured individually. As a result, it will take a bit longer to ship. Please give it up to two weeks!

I love this collection! How can I make a wholesale order?

  • Great to hear you love what we've made! For wholesale inquiries please send an email request to hi@lifebykai.com.

Can I return items?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).
In order to begin the return and exchanges process, you must send an email to hi@lifebykai.com stating the reason for the return.
Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US or Canadian warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
